Refund Instructions:
Once you place an order, we immediately begin production scheduling with our factory.
If you wish to cancel your order, please notify us within 24 hours.
Because our products are custom-made, once production has been completed—even if the product has already been produced and packaged—we are still willing to offer a refund.
However, due to labor and manufacturing costs already incurred, we must deduct a portion of the refund to cover production preparation and labor expenses.

PURCHASE NOTES:
- The width of the pegboard contains the width of column plus the width of pegboard. IT MEANS THE BIGGEST SIZE of the whole set, not the inner size of it. Please measure your room space according our measure method before purchasing.
- There might be 1-2 cm measuring errors of our set. If you mind, then don't buy it.
- Our spare parts/ accessories' sizes are customized to our peg boards. If you just buy them for your own peg boards from other shop, there might be errors. This product is a custom-made item, produced on a one-to-one basis rather than in bulk. Once you place your order, we will initiate the production process and start manufacturing within 48 hours. Therefore, to ensure smooth production and delivery, we kindly advise customers to consider their orders carefully and avoid canceling midway through the process. Thank you for your understanding and support!

The production cycle (order process time + shipping time) of customized products varies according to the complexity of the product, please consult customer service when placing an order.

*Custom items order please confirm with customer service production cycle and shipping time, usually items need to shoot a single, the production cycle ranging from 2-8 weeks. Please confirm before ordering.

Most of our orders are delivered in about 30-45 business days to main countries, but as you know, there are a ton of variables that can affect shipping times. So, please account for 5-8 weeks for delivery.
