SHIPPING TIME

The production cycle (order process time + shipping time) of customized products varies according to the complexity of the product, please consult customer service when placing an order.

Order Process Time for Common Products: 15-20 business days.
Custom Items Order: Please confirm the production cycle and shipping time with customer service. Since some items require individual molding or custom design, the production cycle typically ranges from 2-8 weeks. Please confirm before ordering.

Standard/Free Ocean Shipping: Estimated 15-45 working days for delivery. (Applicable to the 30 countries listed below)
Optional Air Shipping: Estimated 7-15 working days for delivery. (Applicable to the 30 countries listed below)
Express Air Shipping: Estimated 7-15 working days for delivery. (Applicable to the 5 fixed-fee countries listed below)

SHIPPING FEE

1. Free Shipping Countries (30 Main Countries)

Applicable Countries: USA, Canada, Australia, France, Germany, Spain, Malaysia, Singapore, Thailand, Japan, South Korea, Vietnam, Netherlands, Austria, Czech Republic, Denmark, Estonia, Finland, Greece, Hungary, Italy, Latvia, Lithuania, Luxembourg, Poland, Portugal, Slovakia, Sweden, United Kingdom, Philippines.
Orders $49.00 and up: FREE SHIPPING via Ocean Freight (Full Transit Protection Included).
Orders $0.00–$49.00: A shipping fee of $30.00 will be charged (Standard Sea Freight).
Optional Air Shipping Upgrade: An optional express air shipping service is available for $260.00 (regardless of the order amount).

2. Fixed Shipping Fee Countries (5 Specific Countries)

Applicable Countries: Argentina, Brazil, Colombia, Israel, Switzerland.
Shipping Rule: Due to geographical and transport limitations, these countries are strictly limited to air shipping. A fixed shipping fee of $350.00 applies to all orders, regardless of the order amount.

TAXES AND CUSTOMS DUTIES

The Prices of Products are expressed in USD, inclusive of taxes but excluding customs duties.
Some countries may be subject to customs & import fees. All applicable customs duties shall be borne by the customer.
