How to win a free order?
1.How to Participate: During the event period from Nov 16, 3AM - Nov 27, 3AM (ET), customers who fully purchase the black and white pegboard products will automatically enter the free order drawing.
2.How the Free Order Draw Works: After the event ends, all full purchasers' information will be collected and turned into a blind box. The winner will be randomly selected by the KOKO team leader.
3.Announcement Time: The winner will be announced on Nov 28, 10PM (ET).
4.Announcement Location:On Nov 28, 10PM (ET), a special link will be available on the KOKO website for customers to view the Free Order winner by simply clicking on it.
5.Refund Method: The amount will be refunded to the original payment method within 7 business days after the customer receives the product.
6.Special Reminder: The amount covered by the free order promotion only includes the product's value itself, and does not cover shipping fees, customs duties, or other charges.
