• Bei unserem Set kann es zu Messfehlern von 1–2 cm kommen. Wenn Sie das stört, kaufen Sie es nicht.

• Dieses Produkt ist eine Sonderanfertigung und wird individuell und nicht in großen Mengen hergestellt. Sobald Sie Ihre Bestellung aufgeben, leiten wir den Produktionsprozess ein und beginnen innerhalb von 48 Stunden mit der Fertigung. Um eine reibungslose Produktion und Lieferung zu gewährleisten, empfehlen wir Ihnen daher, Ihre Bestellung sorgfältig zu prüfen und Stornierungen während des Prozesses zu vermeiden. Production (15-20 business days) + Shipping (30-45 business days). Total estimated arrival: 45-65 days.

Large/Custom Orders:
For items over 10kg or complex custom builds, the production cycle ranges from 2-8 weeks.

2. Shipping Fees

Free Global Shipping:
On orders over $49 to major regions (USA, Germany, France, Netherlands, Poland,  Singapore, Australia, Canada, Italy, Japan, Malaysia, Philippines, Spain, Thailand,  United Kingdom). Orders under $49 incur a flat rate of $8.99.

Special Regions:
A fixed shipping fee of $300 USD applies to the UAE and Saudi Arabia.

3. Customs & Duties

Prices include sales tax but exclude customs duties. Any import fees imposed by local authorities are the buyer's responsibility.

Returns & Cancellation Policy:

1. The 48-Hour Cancellation Window

We offer a 48-hour grace period for free cancellations. Once this window passes, production begins, and a 25% cancellation fee (covering labor and material costs) will apply.

2. Returns on Custom Items

Due to the bespoke nature of our products, returns are not accepted for non-quality issues. Please confirm all specifications before finalizing your order.
