1. Estimated Timelines

Standard Items:
Production (15-20 business days) + Shipping (30-45 business days). Total estimated arrival: 45-65 days.

Large/Custom Orders:
For items over 10kg or complex custom builds, the production cycle ranges from 2-8 weeks.

2. Shipping Fees

Free Global Shipping:
On orders over $49 to major regions (USA, Germany, France, Netherlands, Poland,  Singapore, Australia, Canada, Italy, Japan, Malaysia, Philippines, Spain, Thailand,  United Kingdom). Orders under $49 incur a flat rate of $8.99.

Special Regions:
A fixed shipping fee of $300 USD applies to the UAE and Saudi Arabia.

3. Customs & Duties

Prices include sales tax but exclude customs duties. Any import fees imposed by local authorities are the buyer's responsibility.

Returns & Cancellation Policy:

1. The 48-Hour Cancellation Window

We offer a 48-hour grace period for free cancellations. Once this window passes, production begins, and a 25% cancellation fee (covering labor and material costs) will apply.

2. Returns on Custom Items

Due to the bespoke nature of our products, returns are not accepted for non-quality issues. Please confirm all specifications before finalizing your order.
