SHIPPING POLICY

1. TOTAL DELIVERY TIME

Your total wait time consists of the [Order Processing Time] and the [Logistics Transit Time]:

Total Delivery Time = Order Processing Time + Logistics Transit Time

• Order Processing Time:

  • Common Products: 5–10 business days.

  • Custom/Molded Items: 2–8 weeks (depending on complexity and customization requirements).

  • Note: Business days do not include weekends or local statutory holidays.

• Logistics Transit Time:

  • Standard Ocean Shipping: Estimated 15–45 business days (approx. 35–60 calendar days) after dispatch. (Applicable to the 30 countries listed below).

  • Optional Air Shipping: Estimated 7–15 business days after dispatch.

2. SHIPPING LOGISTICS TRACKING

• Initial Tracking: Once your order is dispatched, a final delivery tracking number will be generated. During the ocean transit and customs clearance phase, tracking status may appear as "Label Created" or "In Transit" with no daily updates. This is normal for ocean freight.

• Proactive Updates: During ocean transit, our customer service team will proactively email you with key updates, including the Estimated Time of Arrival (ETA).

• Final Delivery Activation: Tracking details will update with specific delivery schedules once the package clears customs and is scanned by the local courier or trucking company.

3. SHIPPING FEES & COUNTRY CLASSIFICATION

• Region A: Main Countries (30 Countries, Sea/Air Options)

  • Applicable Countries: USA, Canada, Australia, France, Germany, Spain, Malaysia, Singapore, Thailand, Japan, South Korea, Vietnam, Netherlands, Austria, Czech Republic, Denmark, Estonia, Finland, Greece, Hungary, Italy, Latvia, Lithuania, Luxembourg, Poland, Portugal, Slovakia, Sweden, United Kingdom, Philippines.

  • Orders ≥ $49.00: FREE Standard Ocean Shipping (Full Transit Protection included).

  • Orders < $49.00: $30.00 Standard Ocean Shipping fee applies.

  • Optional Air Upgrade: $260.00 flat fee, regardless of order amount.

• Region B: Specific Countries (5 Countries, Air Shipping Only)

  • Applicable Countries: Argentina, Brazil, Colombia, Israel, Switzerland.

  • Shipping Rule: Due to transport limitations, these countries are strictly limited to air shipping. A fixed shipping fee of $350.00 applies to all orders.

4. ADDRESS RESTRICTIONS & SPLIT SHIPMENTS

• Address Limitations: We cannot ship to PO Boxes, military addresses (APO/FPO/DPO), or remote islands/areas without land transport access. Please provide a detailed physical street address.

• Split Shipments: To ensure safety or expedite delivery, your order may be shipped in multiple packages, each with its own tracking number.

5. CUSTOMER RESPONSIBILITIES

• Contact Information: Large items may require a delivery appointment by the local carrier. Please provide an accurate phone number and email address and ensure you are reachable.

• Delivery Failures: Costs resulting from incorrect addresses, unreachable phone numbers, or missed appointments (including return shipping or re-delivery fees) are the responsibility of the recipient.

6. TAXES AND CUSTOMS DUTIES

• All prices are in USD, inclusive of taxes but excluding customs duties.

• Customs duties and import fees are determined by your local customs authority and are to be borne by the customer. We cannot pre-calculate these costs.
