Promotion Terms & Conditions

1. Promotion Period

The KOKOPEGBOARD Black Friday Early Access promotion runs from November 1 through November 15, 2026, Pacific Time (PT).

The promotion ends at 11:59 PM PT on November 15, 2026.

Orders must be placed during the promotional period to qualify for the offers described below.

2. Tiered Savings

Eligible orders may receive the following discounts:

Spend $100 or more and save $10
Spend $200 or more and save $20
Spend $450 or more and save $50
Spend $600 or more and save $100

The corresponding promotional code must be entered at checkout.

Only one Tiered Savings discount may be applied to an eligible order.

Tiered Savings cannot be combined with the New Customer Subscription Discount.

The qualifying spend is calculated based on the product subtotal before promotional discounts are applied.

Shipping charges do not count toward the qualifying spend.

3. Free Gifts

Eligible orders may receive the following gift benefits:

Spend $400 or more and receive a gift worth up to $50
Spend $500 or more and receive a gift worth up to $80
Spend $600 or more and receive a gift worth up to $100
Spend $800 or more and receive a gift worth up to $150

Free gifts are automatically unlocked when the qualifying product subtotal reaches the required spending threshold. No gift code is required.

Only the single highest gift tier for which the order qualifies will apply. Gift tiers are not cumulative.

The qualifying spend is calculated before promotional discounts and does not include shipping charges.

Eligible Tiered Savings and Free Gifts may be used together on the same qualifying order.

Promotional gifts are subject to availability and have no cash value. If a promotional gift becomes unavailable, KOKOPEGBOARD may substitute it with another item of equal or similar promotional value.

4. Optional 3-Payment Plan

Standard checkout remains available during the promotion.

Customers who would prefer to split their purchase into three payments may contact KOKOPEGBOARD at support@kokopegboard.com.

Please include the products you would like to purchase, your shipping address, and your preferred shipping method.

KOKOPEGBOARD will confirm the product list, shipping cost, and final order total before creating dedicated payment links.

01 — Deposit: Pay the first installment to confirm your order. Once the deposit is received, your order will enter production.

02 — Packing Payment: Pay the second installment. Once the second payment is received, your order will move into the packing stage.

03 — Final Payment: Pay the remaining balance. Once the final payment has been completed, KOKOPEGBOARD will arrange shipment of your order.

Installment orders will not be shipped until the full balance has been paid.

5. Cancellations and Refunds for Installment Orders

Customers may request cancellation or a refund after production has started.

However, once an order has entered production, it may no longer qualify for a full refund because production, material, labor, customization, or other order-related costs may already have been incurred.

Any cancellation or refund will be reviewed based on the status of the order at the time of the request and in accordance with the applicable KOKOPEGBOARD Return & Refund Policy.

Customers should contact support@kokopegboard.com as soon as possible if they wish to request a cancellation or refund.

6. Returns and Refunds

All returns, refunds, replacements, and other after-sales requests are subject to the applicable KOKOPEGBOARD Return & Refund Policy.

If an order is partially refunded, cancelled, or otherwise adjusted, promotional eligibility may also be reviewed based on the final qualifying order value.

If the remaining order value no longer meets the original promotional threshold, the applicable promotional discount or gift eligibility may be adjusted accordingly.

7. Promotion Restrictions

Promotional offers apply only to eligible purchases made during the promotion period.

Discount codes must be entered before checkout is completed and cannot normally be applied retroactively to completed orders.

Tiered Savings cannot be combined with the New Customer Subscription Discount.

Tiered Savings and qualifying Free Gifts may be combined on the same eligible order.

Free Gift tiers are not cumulative.

Shipping charges do not count toward promotional spending thresholds.

Promotional discounts, gifts, and other promotional benefits have no cash value and cannot be exchanged for cash.

8. General Terms

This promotion is available for a limited time and while promotional inventory lasts.

KOKOPEGBOARD reserves the right to review, reject, or cancel orders involving suspected fraud, misuse of promotional codes, duplicate promotional claims, technical errors, or other abuse of the promotion.

If a pricing error, technical malfunction, system error, inventory issue, or other unexpected issue affects the proper operation of the promotion, KOKOPEGBOARD may take reasonable steps to correct the issue.

KOKOPEGBOARD reserves the right to modify, suspend, or terminate the promotion where reasonably necessary, subject to applicable law.

Any applicable consumer rights provided under local law remain unaffected.
