Returns Policy

The production cycle (order process time + shipping time) of customized products varies according to the complexity of the product, please consult customer service when placing an order.

*Order Process time for common product: 15-20 business days

 *Custom items order please confirm with customer service production cycle and shipping time, usually items need to shoot a single, the production cycle ranging from 2-8 weeks. Please confirm before ordering.

SHIPPING ESTIMATES

Most of our orders are delivered in about 30-45 business days to main countries, but as you know, there are a ton of variables that can affect shipping times. So, please account for 5-8 weeks for delivery.

Large parcel: over 10kg or oversize, we will arrange large parcel shipping, the delivery time of large parcel is about 7 weeks days.

SHIPPING FEE:

1.Free shipping on orders over $49 to the following countries: USA, Germany, France, Netherlands, Poland,  Singapore, Australia, Canada, Italy, Japan, Malaysia, Philippines, Spain, Thailand,  United Kingdom

For orders less than $49, shipping fee is $8.99.

2.United Arab Emirates, Kingdom of Saudi Arabia: Fixed shipping fee 300 USD

All orders are sent with Tracking ID, you can track your order here. Shipping times exclude clearance/customs delays as these are out of our control.

TAXES AND CUSTOMS DUTIES

The Prices of Products are expressed in USD, inclusive of taxes but excluding customs duties.

Some countries may be subject to customs & import fees. All applicable customs duties shall be borne by the customer.

Unfortunately we cannot estimate how much duties you will pay but your local customs should be able to estimate the price.
